LG G3 System UK keeps crashing

Need a little help, the last few days I've been getting this message come up saying that my (system UI had crashed), then everything on my home screen disappears and takes about 10-15 seconds for everything to reappear, I also don't even know what the system UI is and I don't know what's causing the problem, any help will do, thanks.

Have you tried Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and cleared the cache?
