Recently I got an AT&T LG G3 32gb and I've been having problems invovling the USB.
1) The first problem is that I cant get the phone to connect to my PC via USB. When I plug the phone in, no options show up the phone's screen to change to different USB connection modes. Also, when I go to settings -> storage, there aren't the 3 dots in the top right corner to select different USB modes. Not only that, but my computer doesn't detect the phone is connected at all. There aren't any pop ups that say a new device is connected and the phone doesn't even show up in the device manager. I've tried downloading drivers from online along with LG PC suite, using the cable that comes with the phone along with other cables (that work on my old android), other USB ports, and even my other computer but there's still nothing. When connected to my computer, the only thing my phone does is charge.
2) Another problem I'm experiencing is that the phone charges painfully slow. Last night it took about 7 hours to charge from 30% to 100% whenever I check the charging rate with apps, it shows I'm only getting around 200-300ma. I've used the 1.8a charger that the phone comes with along with a brand new 2.0a charger but they both give me the same charging speeds. I tried using the cable it comes with along with a 28/24awg one on different outlets and I'm constantly getting a slow charging rate.
I've tried multiple factory resets, updating my phone, and cleaning out the USB port but none of these seemed to fix anything.
