LG G4 H815 - Digitizer dead after charging the phone

Hi guys!

I've bought an G4 this year april and sadly ive got some touch screen issues.. Some weeks ago i've faced that my touch screen is not working all the time..: eg: when some1 called me the screen was unresponsive etc. 2 Days ago @ night i just charged my phone and next day morning the touch screen is dead. Its not responding to any touch, only the phisycal buttons are working. The phone also recognize it when i plug a headset or if i plug the charger. (LCD screen also working)
I've tryed a factory reset, but the same error occurs for me. I've never dropped it or wet..
Anyone faced this issue?
G4-H815 V1.1, 2016 febr product.

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds like the digitizer has either failed or is suffering from a bad connection. You'd have to open it up to check, so I'd recommend bringing it to a repair shop.

Hi! I'm on the same oppinion, but i've heard that some users faced the same issue. I mean the digitizer for them wasnt totally dead, just it was unresponsive and delay'd, but i've found some interesting videos at youtube.

But at the last video the guy sayin in a comment that the issue is dissapiered for him : "I wish i know! It recovered by itself after 2 weeks. I still switch it on daily."

Mine died over the course of a couple days. Out of warranty so I'm selling it for parts.

If you bought it in April, its still under warranty. If you bought it from a carrier, contact them about replacement or repair.
