Lg g4 help, video and pictures

New to the phone and had a couple vids which are MP4 formats and tons of unreplaceable pictures due to driving distance on the phone. So get home transfer them off my phone onto my pc to open up space off the phone and SD chip.

Pictures are pixelated or non readable or shrunk.

Video's can't be played. Tried a mp4 player and it just locks up. I'm afraid I've lost the videos and can't replace them either!.

Any help or advice is appreciated..Otherwise its trying to put them back on my phone and wait 16 hours to move them and hope they don't get worse :'(

Welcome to Android Central! First, are the originals still on the phone? Did you use the Move or Copy function? Hopefully you used Copy, which is always the smart thing to do, in case you run into a problem like this, since it will leave the originals intact (while Move will immediately delete the originals after the file transfer).

Second, are the originals on Internal Storage or a microSD card? If the latter, then the card might be corrupt.
