LG G4 locked out of home select and google play please help

Ive recently got a new g4. Well i set up google account forgot it dont laugh and did a master reset. Now i am locked out at setup wizard. Ive setup accessibility for hard keys to atleast get into split window. Was able to sign into google and lg. But still dont have home selecr or google play. I just want a new launcher please help!!!
