LG G4-music and phone calls

Hi all!
I just got my G4 this week and I love almost everything about it! Anyway, I listen to spotify on my cars Bluetooth, but I learned tonight that if I get a call ( on call for work so I can't just ignore) I can answer, but the music just keeps playing and I can't hear the person on the other end. I must have my music and I don't like the installed music systems ( canceled my service recently) so I'm hoping someone has a suggestion on how to fix this issue!

Its a known issue with spotify, not just the G4. Can't post a link as it wont let me, but its listed in the android help section on the spotifycommunity site.

I didn't know about the Spotify issue, but I've never had a problem with the stock music player, Phonograph, or Play Music.

Android supports the pause/stop of music for cell phone calls as long as the app supports googles controls. Spotify apparently does not allow this.
