LG G4 VS986 Not Getting Notifications

I'm on that new, small update that Verizon released for the G4. I believe ever since then, many of my notifications won't show up (I don't get them at all). Some I can remember are Snapchat, Draw Something, and Hangouts so I know it isn't an issue from the app developers.

It might be from the update, but I can't assume because I'm not 100% sure.

Would a factory reset help me? If so, I'll do it after I get Android M.

As I said in the above linked thread, highly encourage anyone with 12A to call VZW and push for at least 50% monthly credit until this is fixed. The only way we're going to get this fixed fast is if all of us make a big stink about it and cost VZW money in the form of credits.
