LG G4 - WIFI Tries to Connect but fails

I have an LG G4 and am having problems with wifi. When I turn wifi on from settings, I get a message saying Turning wifi on....and it just stays there and doesn't ever connect or show available networks. I have tried multiple tips, tricks, and FAQ pages from many sites including this one with no luck. I know the wifi networks are working as other devices connect with no issue. I have tried it at home, work, an din public places that have wifi and no luck. I have checked date and time, I have turned airplane mode on and off, I have restarted, all that good stuff. Please help.

Welcome to the G4 forum.

It may be time to contact LG customer support. It could simply be that the wifi radio in the device is faulty.
