LG G4 wont start after update

So I have a G4, and I started system updates on it the other day, and now the phone wont boot at all. When I turn it on, it goes to the "system updates" screen with the android guy, and then shuts off. I can't load safemode and I cant factory reset, I'm just stuck. No warranty or anything. Is there a way to erase and reinstall all the stuff on my phone? It's a LS991 model. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I don't care if stuff is erased on the phone at this point, I just want a phone.

If it was an over-the-air update, bring it to your carrier. Whoever sent the update (the carrier or LG) is liable for any damage it caused.

If you installed it from a file you downloaded, you're on your own. Try downloading the file from another source. (Also look for help on the G4 forum at XDA Forums.)
