Hello everyone! It seems like after I shut down my phone for a few hours (or more), and turn it back on I get a message 'Android is starting...starting apps' with the spinning circle of death after it. It only spins and appears for a few seconds. This happens after the Lg and T- mobile startup screen and then proceeds to the lock screen. I'm not 100% certain I've seen it after doing a power off and immediate restart? And it does not happen every time. Maybe 1-2 out of 10 restarts?

I am currently on T-mobile and have already done 1 factory reset a week ago to correct an error on my part. I accidentally deleted some apps in the 'Idle Apps' section of Smart Cleaning. No biggie. Other than that I don't notice any glitches or lag and am pretty confident the factory reset was successful.

Anyone else notice the same popup message and is it normal?? Thank you for reading and any feedback is greatly appreciated.

You have already the LG G5? Or you meant to say LG V10?

That's strange...I thought I posted this in the V10 section? Yes, I meant to say V10. My bad for the confusion.

I see it now. I seriously don't get that? I posted this thread via the ac app. No where did I type in LG5 in the title. So confused...do you know how I can edit the title?

To answer your question, that is a normal pop up. It usually happens after an update to the OS, but the V10 does it after a restart. Nothing to worry about though
