LG G5 connected to the internet through mobile data but no E/3G/4G icon?

[AC Question]

I thought there was a problem with my carrier at first but then i realozed that i have an internet connection through my mobile data, however any kind of icon conerning the above is invisible in my status bar, everything else is normal even wifi but i can't see my connection in the status bar which is frustrating. I also checked everywhere and no one seems to be having the problem please help. I have an LG G5 SE.
