Until a recent update (unsure which one, as it has been a while since I've wanted to use this feature, probably Oreo) I was able to interface my LG G6 stock camera app with my Sony Smartwatch 3 (running Wear OS 1.5) and I could see a preview of the camera on my watch and take a snap.
All I needed to do was launch the camera app and see the watch launch the corresponding wear app.
Assuming this is because of a change in the phone's stock camera app, has anyone got a workaround or a suggestion on a replacement, preferably free (as in beer).
