Lg G6 T mobile updates

.I have lg g6 h872 with H87210q software version.I see that new update is available but when i tried to find it manually through system update it is saying that it is up to date.Do you maybe know what can be an issue ?

you have the most recent software version. are you sure youre not seeing something from google play or an update for one of the lg apps?

Just out of curiosity, I checked the T-Mobile support page for the G6 today and it listed the following details about an update that was supposedly made available yesterday. I tried to force an update today and it appeared to download, but didn’t install. Maybe they’re having problems with it and/or their servers.

The newest software update for the G6 just started rolling out to customers yesterday. They normally go out in batches over a couple weeks to avoid everyone trying to download them at once and kill the servers. If you want you can reach out to LG and they may have a way to help load it to the device via their website or desktop app. You should be receiving the over the air update any day now to get your phone completely up to date with this update. Please let me know if you would like the LG contact information or have any other questions for me.

Great to hear, so it is up to them.I couldn't get any answer from them.

The update is available via LG Bridge. I am downloading now. 2.76GB

I updated through a bridge without an issue.It took a while (more than hour) but it finished.
Btw we got facial recogniton like v30 have with this update ,real one ,not through smart unlock

I tired LG Bridge back then on my LG V20. Nothing works, but the update push out after weeks of headache.

Probably will get end of this week. It's not like they using Apple server lol.

I mean, I can't even get the LG software to recognize that I've connected my phone to the computer.

Yeah. That's what happened to me on LG V20. Install drivers over and over.
