LG HBS-730 Bluetooth Stero Headset Problems - The 700 was Fine!

If anyone has had problems and found solutions... please!

I had the HBS-700s for a long while. They're terrific. Gave them to my wife and got thew new ones. Now, although music is really good, phone calls are aweful. I can't turn the volume down to an off or even soft low volume levels and the audio is so bad I have to ask people to repeat themselves.

Hmmm. No solutions for you, but your remarks follow along with what revieweres were saying on Amazon when I was trying to decide between the 700 & 730. I got the 700s back in April; at that time, many reviewers were definitely sorry they had "traded up" for the 730

I also have the 730 and wish I'd kept my 700's. I haven't made many phone calls but the bluetooth range is terrible. The sound is much improved though.
