Hello:
I have a LG K20V stuck in fastboot mode. Holding the power button down is not powering the phone off. The power/volume down combo does initiate the reboot process to the recovery menu. However, any selection (safe mode/factory reset/wipe cache) just loops the phone back to fastboot mode.
The ADB/Fastboot at the command line interface of my PC recognizes the phone when the 'fastboot devices' command is typed. However, when 'fastboot reboot' is typed, there is no response from the phone. The 'adb devices' command yields no recognition of the device.
Whatever assistance that can be offered will be appreciated!
