LG K7 only 2 weeks old won't open anything?

LG K7 only 2 weeks old wont open anything

My brand new LG K7 wont open emails, when I click on the text box the key board wont pop up and if I go to Settings then apps the apps wont open up either.,..I have tried taking the battery out for about an hour then putting it back in and it wont open...I have tried leaving it off for a day and turning it back on and nothing helps. I cant fix it it settings then apps because apps WON'T OPEN...HELP!

Do a hard/factory reset and problem solved i had this on my new k7 too
