Yesterday I went out and my phone kept freezing up and saying it didn't have any storage for pictures despite me clearing my cache 5 times. A while later it refused to load after I put in my password or open my camera as the screen would turn black.
Last night after giving it a reset it went to get a firmware update while away from service and it stayed I came back to some so I took the battery out. Now everytime I restart the phone it says that Android need to start and loads which it never did before. I went to plug in my phone today into my computers to take files off and free up space and both of them are saying 'USB device not recognized'. Now all my contacts are showing up as numbers.
