LG MAGNA wifi not working

I tried to connect wifi but not woking 2 times restarted my mobile but not woking

Hi, could it be the WiFi that you are trying to connect to as opposed to the phone? are other devices connected to the WiFi okay, if so try removing one of them and seeing if the phone connects.
