LG myTouch 4G wifi wont connect to AP

Ok, i am having a rather aggrivating issue with my LG myTouch 4G.. When I try to connect to the wifi in my house it says its authenticating and then says the AP is remembered and my wifi says disconnected. After a short while it will then say the AP is disabled. Now, my wifi is working bc I have been connected to the wifi before and other laptops in the house are connected to it (one of the laptops i am on now). The only thing I did differently is I reset my phone to factory settings bc it was working slow. After the factory restore I put in my wifi password (WPA) and it just says authenticating, then remembered and says wifi is disconnected. HELP ME PLEASE!! This is rather frustrating...

Have you tried forgetting the connection and adding it again? I know you said you did a factory reset, but, I'm not sure if you did that before or after the problem.
