If I understand correctly, you want to transfer files from the internal memory to the external sd card? If so, all you need to do is open a file manager (if the device does not have one Astro or Es File Explorers are good apps and are free), navigate to the folder with the images you want to transfer and either copy or move that folder to the external sd card. You can either long press the folder and select the "move to" option.

Hope this helps and Welcome to AC!

if the advice from the other guy doesn't work you would have to root the phone, partition SD card, and then it would work using link2SD. It took some time but I partitioned a 32 GB SD card and it worked great for me. I rooted with motochopper.

and select the "move to" option.
Copy to, so it itt blows up mid-stream, the files aren't lost.

After the copy is successful, delete the unwanted (internal) ones.

I've seen too many "the move died and I lost files, now what do I do" posts to recommend "move" or "cut".
