My lg optimus g pro e988 is getting to silent mode after dialling a call and back to normal mode after receiving a call. How to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean silent mode--are you talking about the phone's actual Silent Mode? So after you finish with a call that you dialed yourself, have hung up, and are back on your homescreen, no sounds occur? Can you exit out of Silent Mode?
