I recently rooted my optimus s ls670zvd and was messing with some roms on the free version of rom manager in the market and one accidentally flashed to a virgin mobile rom that does not fully load. i am stuck working in clockwork 5.0.2.7 and i am unable to flash any other roms. i need to know if there are any ways for me to recover to my phone to a usable rom or unroot it entirely. any help would be greatly appreciated for a first time user.

THANKS!

First, welcome to Android Central.

You should be able to select mounts and storage from CWM and mount your sdcard. From there you can load a known good working ROM from your computer threw CWM on to your device. Then you can wipe and flash and hopefully recover.
