LG Optimus Showtime not loading anything?

I have an LG optimus Showtime with straight talk and the phone is so fast its like 4g but its 3g full bars. Whenever I run music, stream radio, anything is lightning fast. But all of a sudden I can't seem to load anything, YouTube keeps loading, radio constantly buffering, internet pages taking 30000000 years to load. I've messed with all settings, factory reset it, cleared data and caches and nothing changed, i mean abnormally slow. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah the for replying, I found out they were throttling my data because my data usage was Over 9000!!!! No like 5GB and they think I'm doing illegal things like tethering or something when rly im a YouTube addict watchin 4 hour videos things like that. Which I can't prove even though I don't know how to do the illegal things they think im doing :< cheers straight talk you @$?!^#!!!
