LG Optimus Tracphone Prepaid phone - Bricked after picture transfer!

Help!
I think I might have bricked my phone after transferring pictures using bluetooth to the phone. It shows the LG logo and then the blue Tracphone logo. Then it boot loops. Is there anyway to wipe the pictures off? Or do a hard reset?

Try rebooting into recovery. I found online that recovery is power down, then hold power, home and volume up until you see the LG logo. Then clear the phones cache and restart.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong this is the phone. Its in mid boot loop.
