LG Optimus V Stuck in recovery loop after Factory reset

Ok i know what you're all thinking: "Read the other 10,000 threads on this!". but i feel like i have read and tried everything.

I was really excited to see a new screen but its the same story i attempt to flash roms and it boots to recovery. any help would be appreciated. this is my first thread ever, sry if i didn't do something.

this problem shows up quite often, I don't understand why the solution never got stickied.
seriously, if Swype did keyboard macros, I'd have one for that link.
if the specified xionia recovery doesn't fix your boot problem, use the listed adb commands and that should fix it.
