LG P-350 (Optimus ME?) BRICKED help pls

So i've got this phone for about 2 days now. Main problem was that I couldn't connect it to my pc via USB cable. Well since i had other ways to get stuff on sd card i didn't care too much about it. Issue at hand right now is that I used ROMmanager to get clockwork recovery and the phone is stuck at :
"Fastboot mode started"
"udc_start()"
When I connect it with USB cable it says --DISPENDED--.
I tried to use KDZ_FW_UPD software to restore my phone from emergency mode but it can't find my device over usb cable. I installed LG United Mobile Driver and disabled the modem thing but still no results. I tried this on 2 PCs and now im really worried that it's unrepairable.

hmm. sounds like the device isn't showing itself to the PC. you are still under warranty. call company and ask for a replacement. or back to store for one. some apps on the play store just are not safe for use on all devices.
