LG PC Suite IV has stopped working

I have a new LG G4 and trying to sync with outlook. I have downloaded LG PC Suite IV.
WHen I press the icon of the PC Suite IV I get the message LG PC Suite IV has Stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows ... notify you if a solution is available.
I followed the instructions for boot crash but no success.
Please advice.

Probably not the answer you are looking for, however, very much sounds like a Windows issue rather than the G4 program itself. Have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling? Or indeed just restarting your PC?
