LG Stylo 4 phone not receive texts.

[Android Central Question]

New LG Stylo 4 just activated and can send but not receive. Not a spam issue, not an issue with changing from iPhone to Android. I had an Android before. don't know if APN is an issue because I'm not literate on phone stuff. But APN is set to Trackfone (I'm on Straight Talk). I've restarted - no good. Anyone able to help me?
