Lg stylo mobile data keeps turning on

[AC Question]

I have an LG Stylo and I realize mobile data keeps turning on without me turning it on. This is rather annoying because it ate off all my minutes on my phone. I've tried to restart it, factory reset it and a bunch of other things. I've checked the settings of the 4 apps I've downloaded and just can't find a solution. Help please.
