LG Sunset Recovery Nonexistent

I want to flash a recovery on my lgl33l (LG Sunset). For some reason I can't manage to find a way to the bootloader or recovery. Not even ADB will get me there. It will accept adb reboot-bootloader but just reboots the phone. Same for recovery. There don't appear to be many posts about this phone (lol) i know its cheap but it was given to me and I'm just curious if i can do anything with it. If anyone has any information on this phone, I'd love the input.
