LG Thrive P506 How do I remove or edit a phone contact?

Hi. New here. Recently got a P506 from AT&T, and made some mistakes in entering some contacts. I need to remove a few, and edit a few. I don't see either option in the contacts.

The manual tells how to add, but not how to remove or edit phone contacts. These are manually entered, not synched with any computer apps or programs.

In your contacts app, press the leftmost hardware button looks like two squares to access more settings
