LG Urbane 2 suddenly keeps crashing and rebooting

After weeks of reliable service with both AW 1.5 and 2.0 suddenly yesterday my LG Urbane 2 has started rebooting many times per day. I don't see any particular reason, it happens very randomly. I've tried factory reset, clearing the cache, installing/updating apps one by one, nothing works :'(

Any suggestion? Hardware problem?

I had this issue and then slowly the crashes happened more and more often - my watch is completely dead now. Seems like bad eMMC.
