Android Central Question
I have a major problem with my LG V10. While using it (at the time I was playing music on a bluetooth speaker and opening an app) it froze and then rebooted, getting stuck on the initial boot screen. I took out the battery and tried again with the same results. A couple of times when I tried rebooting again the screen turned green and displayed text about the DemiGod Handler crashing (or something similar to that; kernel error and such). When booting the phone into Recovery Mode, I can navigate to the reset and hit the final confirmation, but it either freezes there or reboots and gets stuck again.
Is there anything I can do at this point other than ship into LG for repairs? I've never rooted my device or done anything to it other than replace the back piece of the phone with a different colored one since my original one was falling apart.
