LG V20 - Does it have the Japanese Technical Conformity Mark on it?

I will take my phone to Japan and want to buy a SIM card there.
An attractive one is the Visitor SIM from bmobile, which requires that the phone

"... have Japanese Technical Conformity Mark on your device."

Does anyone know whether the V20 has this mark?

Why buy a sim card when you can use WiFi calling outside of the US. My sister just spent a week in Singapore and we texted back and forth and used WiFi calling. It only goes against your data allotment and minutes. She did not get ant additional charges.
