LG V30 FM radio only plays Right Headphone Channel. (Both Work with all other apps)

I installed the FM Radio App version 5.30.11 on LG V30 (Verizon). It works! but only in the right headphone... Not an issue with the jack. Can go and play youtube or pandora and they work in Stereo. Sound in both earbuds. I then Installed NextRadio Free Live FM .... It does the same... plays only right bud for Live real over the air FM but in same app play out of town FM... Streams in stereo both buds.

So, it appears that the FM radio in this smartphone is "missing the Left channel wires". How to fix?

Hi Belodion, From what I have diagnosed this is the manufacturer issue LG... Either my phone is defective or it is an issue with all LG V30 phones. Hope to have confirmation here with others who own the LG V30.

Check to see if there is an app update available.

My V30 from ATT has FM Radio 6.10.5, and it works great.

I tried my again. Nextradio works out of both earphones. I'm on Verizon.

Huge thank you for confirming that my phone likely has a defect... one channel of the FM radio not working. I wonder if there is a software fix or if the hardware has a defect.

Have you tried different channels? I'm wondering if it could possibly be a mono vs stereo thing.
I don't think it's software. Does it make any difference if it's live or streaming?
