LG v30 long press not working after update 10/15/2019

Whenever I hold down on an app the only option I have is to move the app. I no longer get any options. even at the top 3 dotted option, i only get one drop down menu "View Apps by"

That's in the app drawer. Try the homepage. (What options did you expect in the app drawer?) (If you change the launcher, you'll get different options in both. It's the launcher that determines it.)

I remember seeing Move app or copy. even on the homepage screen I can not move the app. long press doesn't do anything. when it was working it would allow me to move the app to home page.

The move command does seem to be missing from the 3-dot menu and the long-press menu. However, if you start to drag the icon, the app does move to the home screen. Using the LG launcher.
