LG V30 review and question.

I have a question on an APP inside the floating screen. it can be seen at approximately 2:58. it seems to allow you to snapshot the screen then write on it ... anyone know what thats about. ? is this LG or an APP... thanks-

Not sure what you are referring to (a video time?) but that is an LG screen shot function that allows you to write on top of it. You can put that button on the bottom with your phone buttons, on your drop down menu, and on the second screen (floating toolbar)
