LG Velvet features missing from the V60?

I use Nova Launcher and it's fabulous!

Nova doesn't theme the notification shade. I also use Nova.

Meh, I like the V60's icon better anyway.

My point is that being able to theme those things is built in to Android 10, so LG had to actively remove that customisation ability from the V60 but then turned around and gave it to the Velvet. Is it a big deal? No. It it's dumb nonetheless.

That’s just LGs sell more phones department with it’s new sell Velvet strategy.... Just do it, everyone does it now, it’s ok, your parents won’t find out ;-D
