LG Volt endless loop

[AC Question]

LG volt when turning on, it will display the LG logo. After a minute or so, a yellow screen appears with the Sprint logo (splash screen? )After another minute or so, this is replaced by the black screen with the LG logo, followed by the splash screen again. This process continues until the battery is completely dead. The only way to stop it is to remove the battery. None of the buttons have any effect. Android kit Kat I believe.
