lg volt sd card and kitkat

Ok I want to be able to change add our delete things on my sd card,
But it's telling me the os (kit Kat)
Will not allow it...wth
This is stupid, isn't that what we b but an sd card for?
Any way can this be over road some how?
A setting, an app..something?

Are you talking about editing from the phone or computer?

I just want to be able to transfer files back-and-forth from the phone memory to the SD card but with this Kitcat it won't let me.
it just makes things a lot simpler that way.

Golf driver 97 I read the article in the link that you sent me.
While security yes is very important and I understand that it's still a matter of simplicity to me just being able to move my photos back-and-forth my media my whatever I'm working on at the moment that really should be in my Sd card not taking up space on my phone. you don't always remember to go back and erase once you're done with something on your phone so it's just easier to put it on SD card.

I think they sort of fixed that in Lollipop. Unfortunately they broke so many other things that it's better to stay where you are until about 5.0.50 or so. (Or maybe just wait for 6.0 - maybe they'll get one right.)
