Lg Watch Style Calls Keep Transferring To Phone?

My mom recently got the Lg Watch Style & she has a Galaxy s8. Everything was working fine until an update and the watch now won't let her pick up any calls. When you call,it shows up on her watch and her phone but when you try to answer it on the watch,it transfers to her phone every time. It worked before and she talks to the phone to text so there is a speaker. What could be the problem? Any help is appreciated!

I have a Fossil Q Explorist with a Note 8... and had the same problem what I did was on the phone I went to the Bluetooth page and where my watch is listed I tapped on the gear icon to the right and enabled "call audio" that did the trick... hope that helps.
