LGG4 H815 Screen Issue Problem

Hi all, i've been used my lg g4 ( h815 version ) for 2 weeks. Yersterday when i turned on my screen appeared different bars with colors over all screen. Now I have to remove the battery and turn on the phone to use it . All functionality it's working well. The problem appears when I turn off the screen or it[s automatically locked.

I've been looking for this issue over the internet and i can't find one equal.

I attached an image of my cellphone problem.

How old is the phone? Assuming it's still under warranty, I'd contact LG for warranty repair/replacement.

I need to understand if it's hardware or software problem.

I would suspect a hardware issue.
