LG's Tracking Zoom for the Note 3?

Does any one know of an app that has this feature? When I had the G2 for a week, I really liked this feature, and I hope there is an app like that out there, since it was useful, and really cool. plus the app would be cool on this big screen, and it should work great on the Note 3's camera.
