There seems to be some what of a Crack that does all the way around the back of the case is that normal????

Mine has the molding lines but no cracks what so ever

Did the new one have the same marks? My case has it as well. Also, any advice on how to get the case off without breaking it, the store put mine on for me when i bought the phone and i went home to register it and cant get the case off. HELP

I have had this phone and case for a little over a week. Last Friday I was outside in 99 degree weather with my phone. It was not or had it been in direct sunlight, but just in the same elements as myself, 20K other people and their phones. After a few pictures and a few 1-minute videos (while phone was in this case) it stopped taking videos because it was over heated. It was very hot because I could feel it through the case. I turned it off for about 20-minutes and then all was good. Does anyone know if they get enough air in this case to prevent this kind of over heating or could I just have a bad phone?
