Light Flow & Phone Notification Both Go Off

Hello,

I have just downloaded the app Light Flow for notification customization, but when a notification goes off both the usual phone and the app's notification sounds play simultaneously. At this point I would only like the Light Flow to sound off my notification but don't know what I need to do to get that to happen.

Go into the app, to Settings, find Notifications and turn the sound notification to Off.

Thank you! For anyone else who stumbles upon this, I managed to go to my phone's settings>Notifications>Apps then selected what app notifications I wanted to show up silently.
