Hey everyone, really liking the charge so far. One problem right now: I am trying to keep the screen brightness way down to save battery life, but the phone does not seem to like that plan. Even with the automatic brightness option turned off, if I place a finger on the sensor, it ramps up the brightness on its own and then leaves it there.
Has anyone seen this before/know how to fix it? Thanks!

I have experienced this issue as well. All I do is just go back into the brightness menu and turn it back down again.

Yuck. Thanks for the confirmation. What would be the easiest way to remedy this/tell Samsung about it?
Is there an app that will override everything else?

I'm using widgetsoid with a screen brightness toggle.. usually at 10%. When covering the sensor, mine stays at 10%... don't know what to tell ya.
