Lines appearing in my 4.2.2 Jelly Bean tablet?

I have a tablet with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It is a AOC D70J10. I plugged in my tablet to charge it on my PC, turned it on and played some Minecraft PE. But the most of the times, only when I play Minecraft PE plugged on, some colorful lines appear at the screen and dont let me touch anything. So I just unplug and re-plug the tablet so it turns off and I need to wait until I can turn it on again. Help please

Perhaps charging and using the game is too taxing?

Try taking a screenshot, if the lines appear on the screenshot it's a software issue, if they don't it's a hardware issue.

It's possible the device doesn't like the charger it's plugged into, I had one phone go whacky when I used a super-cheap USB cable to charge it from a cheap wall adapter.

(Its me, the one who created the post) I cant take screenshots on my tablet, but a Minecraft mod can take screenshots while playing Minecraft. And, no, is not the charger because it can happen EVERYTIME I charge it, with one charger or with another...

Maybe, or maybe the tablet cant turn off automatically easily, because if I let the lines, it turns off on a while, and always after the lines i need to wait a bit for it to charge so I can turn it on. Sometimes it stop responding before the lines.
