Link between notification & ringtone

Hi

Just wondering can we delete the volume link between notification and ringtone. want to have volume for ringtone to ring but to disable the notification volume (email/messages)

You can select a 'no sound' tone for notifikations.

Not sure about the P20 (since I've never used one) but most phones will have a slider for Ringtone and one for Notifications. If this is not the case on this phone, the only way you could do this is by setting up Do Not Disturb rules. Allow calls to come through and silence other notifications.

I miss having two volumes, one for notification one for calls. This is one thing I wish this phone would have. I don't get why this is a problem. And I don't want "no sound" option. My phone rarely rings but get a lot of mails, watsapp etc. Thus I want a louder ringtone but very subtle notifications...
