Link to different homescreens

Greetings,

I have seen this sort of homescreen setup before so I know it can be done. My problem is, I have no clue how to do it. Here is the scenario. On my main home screen, I will have an icon. When I press that icon, I want it to be a shortcut to a different homescreen. I currently have LauncherPro Plus and Desktop Visualizer but I can't seem to figure this out. I hope someone can help me.
