Linux Mint 12 > Ubuntu 11.10

UPDATE: Linux Mint 13.

Linux Mint 12 seems to work no matter what I want to do with it... Running Java 7 beta, adb, additional little things with my own tweaks... Takes it how I want it and works for everything I've done thusfar... I noticed more bugs and issues with Ubuntu builds. pogo.com also works very well with this Linux build running Java 7. The chat feature never worked on Ubuntu (maybe just a personal experience) but works great on this! Running GNOME 3 or whatever they call it (the graphics intensive one )

Just wanted to throw that out there!

I used Mint for almost one month. It's really nice, fast and works fine with gnome3 (instead of ubuntu 11). I know it be a matter of my ATI graphic Card .. coz with Mint all become freezed when i push on the graphic.

That sucks. I havent had an issue getting anything to work on Linux Mint 12 at this point. However i may have jinxed myself because i know i have a firefox update to do. Lets hope my plugins work afterwards!

I just installed on my iMac which I was running solely ubuntu 11. Mint works GREAT. A lot faster and snappier on this thing. I guess I can put off buying a real computer a little longer now. .

I hated the Unity desktop on Ubuntu. Mint is sexy.

I don't see a reason too, Mint 12 is been nothing but exceptional
